These Terms of Service govern your use of Rankz, a Shopify application operated by Pursuitz
LLC (“Rankz”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By installing or using Rankz, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description
Rankz helps Shopify merchants analyze and improve product visibility in AI-driven discovery
systems such as large language models and AI shopping assistants.
Rankz provides analytics, recommendations, and optional content generation tools. Rankz does
not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, or visibility outcomes.

2. Eligibility
You must:
• Have a valid Shopify store
• Have permission to install apps on that store
• Be at least 18 years old

3. Shopify integration
By installing Rankz, you grant us access to limited Shopify store data strictly required to provide
the service, including:
• Product information
• Product metadata
• Public store content
Rankz does not access or modify:
• Orders
• Payments
• Customer personal data
• Checkout flows

4. Automated actions
Some features offer automated fixes or content generation.

All automated changes require explicit user approval before being applied. Rankz will never
make changes without your confirmation.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• Use Rankz for illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer the service
• Abuse system resources
• Misrepresent AI-generated content where disclosure is required

6. Third-party services
Rankz integrates with third-party AI services. Outputs depend on external systems we do not
control.
We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

7. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed through Shopify. Pricing, trials, and billing terms are shown at checkout.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

8. Termination
You may uninstall Rankz at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

9. Disclaimer
Rankz is provided “as is”.
We make no guarantees regarding AI visibility, rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pursuitz LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law
principles.
